1. Nature of the service
Nesbah is a Saudi technology platform that connects business owners with licensed financing providers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Nesbah is not a bank or a finance company. Nesbah does not provide financing itself, does not make any credit decision, and does not guarantee that any offer will be received or approved.
2. Eligibility
The application form may only be submitted by a person authorized to act on behalf of the business. By submitting a request you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to share it.
3. Sharing data with financing providers
When you submit a request you explicitly authorize Nesbah to share the full application — including business name, commercial registration, sector, city, revenue, business age, financing type and amount, and contact details — with participating licensed banks and finance companies for the purpose of reviewing your request and offering financing. Your consent is recorded together with its timestamp and policy version.
4. Provider responsibility
Approval decisions, amounts, pricing, terms, and required documents are the sole responsibility of each financing provider in accordance with its credit policy and applicable regulations. Nesbah is not a party to any final agreement between a business and a financing provider.
5. Educational content
Any educational content such as the “Financing Guide” is provided for general information only and does not constitute financial, legal, or credit advice.
6. Misuse
Submitting false or misleading information, or using the platform for any unlawful purpose, is prohibited. Nesbah reserves the right to reject any request or block any user that violates these terms.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
